Douglas R. Tellefson P.E. and Jon Tellefson MBA, a father and son team, began in 1997 by building seven luxury homes on family-owned land on Lake Sammamish in Bellevue, WA. The homes included elevators and waterfront cabanas. The two have since progressed to multi-family townhome developments in Seattle. Such projects include Franklin Gate, Lombard Place, SeaGate City Homes, and Trolley Hill. Upcoming projects include Copper Beech Luxury Townhomes, SeaMont Bay Homes, SeaRidge View Homes, SeaPorte Townhomes, and The John and Denny Townhomes in Madison Valley. Since their start, they have built nearly $40,000,000 worth of new construction townhomes and custom homes, have successfully reconstructed a 6-unit Seattle townhome project after a fire, and developed multiple waterfront plats on Lake Sammamish. They have owned and managed dozens of Puget Sound apartment complexes. |
